Dr.Monica Villalobos

Monica Villalobos is President & CEO of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she leads strategic growth initiatives that support diverse communities and drive economic opportunity.

She has been recognized nationally for her leadership, including receiving the Ohtli Award from the Government of Mexico, one of the highest honors given for service to the Mexican and Latino community.

A first-generation Mexican American, Monica’s career reflects her commitment to advancing equity, research, and representation for Hispanic communities across Arizona and beyond.

Montserrat Arredondo

Montserrat Arredondo is a social justice leader dedicated to building a more equitable Arizona. She began her career in 2010 during the SB1070 era and has since led major campaigns, including Prop 206, which raised wages for millions of families.

As the former Executive Director of One Arizona and Arizona Wins, she helped strengthen Latino civic engagement and voter participation statewide. Today, Montserrat leads the Congressman Ed Pastor Center for Politics and Public Service at ASU, inspiring the next generation of Latino leaders.

Caroline Torres

Caroline Torres is the founder of Heritage Headquarters, N’gente Connect, and Vila Real Estate Group. Her journey into real estate was inspired by her own challenges during the Great Recession, fueling her mission to help families find homes where they can thrive.

With a background in design and marketing, she blends creativity with care, while building strong community connections rooted in her Hispanic heritage. A proud mother of three, Caroline is passionate about creating spaces where culture, family, and opportunity come together.

Verónica Longoria Márquez

Verónica Longoria Márquez is a marketing professional and Latina community leader based in Phoenix. She serves on the marketing leadership team of ALPFA Phoenix, where she helps create opportunities for mentorship, connection, and the advancement of Latino professionals.

Passionate about storytelling, culture, and identity, Verónica works to amplify Latino voices and foster a greater sense of trust, equity, and belonging in the community.
